Pour powder into a glass, fill with min. 200 ml water and stir vigorously. Drink immediately. Rinse vigorously if necessary.
Take approximately 30 minutes before meals.
Recommended daily dose: 3 sticks
Do not exceed the specified recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Safety: Eating large quantities may cause diarrhoea, abdominal pain and flatulence. In addition, konjac can reduce the absorption of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins from the diet. Consumers with difficulty swallowing or who do not take the product with sufficient liquid are at risk of choking.
